Just popping in to say that A.) Nakakon was great and B.) we just got confirmed for AKon! So, come see us in Dallas at the end of May and pick up some of the new work we've got a-brewin'! Back to bidness as usual.
END EDIT.
...but I'm guessing Ratt references aren't gonna go over big time, so that one's just for me.
So here's a/the deal: we've got a bunch of cons lined up for next year! So, essentially, Doomsplosion is back-ish. This page will continue to not be updated, and continue to serve as a home for the 3+ years of work we did on it, but any work we do in the future, either separately, or as Doomsplosion, will be posted on our respective pages, found readily at the bottom of this post. One of us will pop in from time to time to keep the journal semi-relevant and keep the people who haven't followed our new accounts (those FOOLS) updated, but that's pretty much the extent of it.
Here's the (confirmed) con list so far:
Newly confirmed! May 31 - June 2 - AKon
July 20-22 - Tokyo in Tulsa
August 16-18 - Motaku
Not a huge list so far, but we're hoping to be able to jump on a few as they open up. Namely, a lot of the ones we missed out on last year - AKon, AnimeFest, Otakon, Izumicon and Anime Central to name a few. We're also hoping to return to a few more shows as well - we're already confirmed for a couple, but A2F, Nan Desu Kan and San Japan (though Motaku provides a curious scheduling conflict...) are yet to be determined. Also look for us at (potentially) a few new shows - Nebraskon and Soonercon are on the possibility list.
That's all for now, ladies and gents.
Come check us out at our new Deviantart homes:
